Our Budding Mathematicians in Grade 2 have been busy sorting concrete objects, they have recognised that objects have different attributes. Using a combination of creativity accompanied with reasoning these students have sorted Gingerbread men using different attributes such as shape, size and colour to work
They have also worked with patterns and associated that the same is a repeated sequence of shapes, materials, sounds and movements. To enhance this concept students did a hands on activity using wooden shapes, each student created a unique masterpieces of art expressing their thoughts and ideas.
